Anxiety Therapy Fees & costs

All psychotherapy services at Pro Q Therapy are eligible for reimbursement with many third-party extended health insurance plans (for services provided by a Registered Psychotherapist and/or Certified Nurse Psychotherapist).

  • Please check with your benefits provider to confirm your specific coverage.
  • Receipts are provided after each session for you to submit to your insurer.

Anxiety Therapy Rates

  • Initial “Meet-and-Greet” Consult FREE

    Phone or video – 15 minutes

  • Anxiety Check-In Session - 30 Minutes $95-105.00

    Rates vary based on the therapist you work with.

  • Standard Anxiety Therapy Session - 50 Minutes $155-175.00

    Rates vary based on the therapist you work with.

  • Extended Anxiety Therapy Session - 80 Minutes $225.00

Cancellation Policy

Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time, or missed appointments, may be charged up to the full session fee.
