Who We Are...
Pro Q Therapy was built from a shared dream – and a lot of real-life experience.
For years, we imagined creating a practice where people could feel genuinely supported, respected, and understood – not rushed, not judged, and not treated like a checklist.
That dream became Pro Q Therapy: a place where evidence-based care and human connection live side by side.
We’re intentionally small, so care feels personal and consistent – not transactional. You’ll work with a real clinician who takes time to understand your goals and tailor therapy to you, using proven approaches that support real change.
And because we’re virtual, you can access meaningful, high-quality support anywhere in Ontario – from the comfort and privacy of your own space.
Meet Your Therapists
You’re functioning. You show up. You get things done. But inside, you feel tired, self-critical, emotionally stretched, or stuck in patterns that don’t make sense anymore. Maybe you’re carrying immigration stress, burnout, family pressure, or relationship tension. Maybe you’re the one everyone relies on — and no one sees how heavy it actually feels. If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not broken… and you don’t have to keep carrying it alone.
I’m Daria Coulombe — a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), addiction counsellor, former teacher and school director, and founder of Pro Q Therapy.
I work with teens (13+), adults, and couples across Ontario through secure virtual therapy, helping people who are tired of “just coping” and want real, sustainable change.
I didn’t come into psychotherapy by accident. Before clinical work, I spent years as a teacher and director, working closely with children, teens, families, and staff. That experience taught me how people actually change — not through pressure or perfection, but through understanding, structure, and safety. Later, as an addiction counsellor and Lead Psychotherapist in a forensic mental health department, I worked with some of the most complex cases in Ontario. I learned how to stay calm in chaos, how to work with intense emotions, and how to help people untangle patterns that once felt impossible to change.

More on Daria...
Born and raised in Ukraine and now living in Canada, I understand what it’s like to rebuild your life in a new country, carry multiple identities, and hold responsibility for others while quietly struggling yourself. I’m married to a Métis partner and am a mother and step-parent in a blended family, raising two stepchildren and my daughter. This isn’t something I “specialize in” — it’s something I live. And it shows up in my work with teens, parents, and couples navigating real-life complexity.
My approach is direct, compassionate, and practical. I integrate CBT, DBT, EMDR, trauma-informed therapy, and the Gottman Method for Couples to help you understand why you feel the way you do — and what to do differently. Therapy with me isn’t about endlessly talking in circles. It’s about clarity, insight, and learning skills you can actually use in your daily life.
Clients often tell me they feel seen, understood, and finally able to breathe. Over time, many notice less self-criticism, stronger emotional regulation, healthier boundaries, and more confidence in themselves and their relationships. They stop feeling like something is “wrong” with them — and start trusting themselves again.
If you’re ready to stop just getting through the days and start understanding yourself differently — I’d be honoured to work with you.

When anxiety won’t quiet down, mood feels low, or past experiences keep resurfacing in ways that are hard to explain, it can be exhausting to carry everything on your own. Many people come to therapy not because they’re broken, but because they want to feel steadier, clearer, and more like themselves again.
Brandon Coulombe is a Certified Nurse Psychotherapist (CNP), Registered Nurse, and Métis clinician with over 25 years of clinical experience supporting adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, addiction, and major life transitions. His work spans Emergency Room (ER) and acute care, community mental health, and psychotherapy—allowing him to understand distress from both a medical and psychological perspective. This integrated approach helps clients make sense of what’s happening in their mind and body, not just manage symptoms.
Brandon has lived and worked in large urban centres, small rural communities, and Northern regions including Nunavut, which has shaped a deep respect for culture, environment, and lived experience. He is also married to a Ukrainian woman and is a father of three, giving him firsthand insight into cross-cultural relationships, family dynamics, immigration stress, intergenerational differences, and the pressures of balancing work, partnership, and parenting. This lived experience often helps clients feel understood on a more human level—especially those navigating relationships, cultural identity, family roles, or major life transitions.

More on Brandon...
In therapy, Brandon primarily uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) alongside Socratic methods. Rather than giving advice or quick fixes, he asks thoughtful, guiding questions that help clients uncover patterns, challenge unhelpful thinking, and arrive at insights that feel genuinely their own. Sessions are collaborative, practical, and focused on real-life application—so progress continues outside the therapy room.
Brandon’s extensive ER experience means he is especially skilled at working with emotional overwhelm, anxiety spikes, trauma responses, and moments when life feels out of control. Clients often describe his presence as calm, steady, and grounding—someone who can sit with difficult emotions while helping them regain clarity and direction.
Therapy with Brandon isn’t about fixing you or changing who you are. It’s about helping you feel more grounded, clearer in your thinking, and better equipped to handle stress, emotions, relationships, and everyday demands. Clients often notice improved emotional regulation, reduced anxiety, and a stronger sense of balance over time.
Brandon offers secure virtual psychotherapy across Ontario and is committed to ethical, culturally respectful, and client-centred care.
