Pro Q Therapy is the shared vision of Daria and Brandon Coulombe, who wanted a practice where people feel genuinely supported, respected, and understood, with evidence-based care and real human connection.

Daria offers structured, trauma-informed therapy rooted in CBT, DBT, and EMDR-informed work, drawing on her background as a teacher, addiction counsellor, and clinical leader. Brandon brings over 25 years of hospital-based experience and focuses on compassionate, practical therapy that helps people build stability and sustainable coping strategies.
